Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with X3D! We take pride in our high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
We do not offer refunds; instead, we provide product exchanges for eligible returns.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:  
- Customized or personalized products (as they are made specifically for you).  
- Items on sale or clearance. 
- Gift cards.

 Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with the same product at no extra cost.  
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof of damage (e.g., photos).  

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and *will not be reimbursed*.
