  •  Do you offer custom-made lamps?

Currently, we don’t offer custom-made lamps. However, if you’re looking for something unique, please contact our support team to discuss your needs, and we'll do our best to help.
 

  •  How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within [5] business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from [7] to [10] days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?
